DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

Know All Men By These Presents:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into by the following parties.

__________________________, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with resident address
at _____________________, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

_________________, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with resident address at
_________________________, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the lawful and legitimate owner of a parcel of land
situated in, __________________________ containing of an area of five thousand twenty six square
meters (5,026sqm) and more particularly describe as follows:

“A parcel of land under Tax Declaration No. 96- 16001-00540 in the name
of _________ located at ___________, bounded on the North by Lot No. _______;
South by Lot No. ____; East by Lot No. _____ and West by Lot No. ________,
containing an area of _______, more or less and with an assessed value of Php
_______.”

WHEREAS, the VENDEE offered and intends to buy a portion of the said lot in an
area of ________ SQUARE METERS (____ sqm) and the VENDOR has agreed to sell the
abovementioned potion of the property for the amount of Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 30,
000.00);

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty Thousand Pesos
(Php 30,000.00), Philippine currency hand paid by the vendee and received by the vendor,
whereof, the VENDOR, ________, hereby acknowledged and confessed to her full and
complete satisfaction upon the execution of this deed and by this presents has hereby
SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale, the above-mentioned portion of a
parcel of land unto the VENDEE, _________, her heirs, assigns, executors or administrators,
free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature and kind.
