SUB HEAD - I - SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT:

Design, supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of
Sewage Treatment Plant, the sewage treatement shall be based on MBR
technology. The nature of effluent from domestic sewage from toilets and
kitchen shall be discharge seperately into the STP. Design to take
consideration is as given below :

1.3 SCHEDULE FOR MECHANICAL ITEMS
Sewage treatment plant shall primarily include ( but not
limited to ) the following items. The contractor shall include all accessories
and allied items of work that are necessary to make a complete plant
functional. The civil works of any nature shall be provided by the owners.
However, the GA drawing of civil work as per their design shall be
provided by the contractor.

Accessories Required with sludge handling pumps
1.1 MBR Reactor with Suction Pump (Module) 1 set
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MBR
reactor modules suitable for treatment of 200 KLD capacity including
connections, hangers, suction pumps and their connections etc complete in
all respect.
System should comprise of the following units:
a. Flow Transmitter, half drum punched whole screen of self
cleaning type.
b. MBR module immersed type with permeate capacity or
inflow capacity of 200 KLD.The membranes shall be a proven design of a
membrane manufacturer engaged in the production of membrane of this
type. Membranes shall allow product water (permeate) to be drawn through
from the outside surface of the membrane to the inside. The maximum
pore size of the membrane shall be 0.04 micron. At least 30 lmh flux @ 25O
C shall be considered to arrive at total membrane area required to treat
specified wastewater quantity
 The membrane manufacturer should offer minimum 2 years
full replacement warranty and additional 5 years on pro rate basis
Membranes shall be physically strong enough to
withstand the operating conditions associated with continuous
operation in an aerated tank of mixed liquor at concentrations of up to
12,000 mg/L. The membranes, membrane modules, and membrane
cassettes shall be by one
manufacturer. The membrane modules shall be constructed
such that the membranes are held vertically and bonded firmly. The
membrane modules shall also be attached to a common base to avoid lateral
movement of the membrane modules during operation.

The material used for the manufacturing of the membrane

fibers shall be Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) . Membrane Shall be
Reinforced with outer diameter of fiber 1.9mm & inner diameter 0.8 mm
with a membrane module surface area of 28sqm. The materials used to hold
hollow membrane
fibers in place shall be chemically resistant to high concentrations of
chlorine (minimum 100 mg/L and
maximum 5,000 mg/L) for up to 24 hours, and low pH
(range 2 to 3) and high pH wash solutions (range 10 to 11) for up to 24
hours, respectively. Membranes shall be capable of regular backwashing
with and without cleaning chemicals to minimize pore fouling.

arrangements as required for fixing of air diffusers and connection with

Sub Head - II - Electrical Installation for STP

1.15 Supplying, installing, testing, commissioning of electrical
items motor control panel for all the pumps & equipments.
Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply, installation, 1 no.
testing and commissioning of motor control centre fabricated out of 14
gauge CRCA sheet steel. Cable gland plates shall be provided on top as
well as at the bottom of the panels. Panels shall be treated with all
anticorrosive process before painting as per specifications with 2 coats
of red oxide primer and final approved shade of powder coated paint. 2
Nos. earthling terminals shall be provided for 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply
system. Panel should be complete with Isolation push button for every
equipment and auto manual selection switches including cable, cable trays,
rubber mat & control wiring complete in all respect.

One No. 100 amps TP incoming MCCB complete with the

following:
i. 0-415 volts 96x96 square mm voltmeter with selector
switch and fuses .

ii. 0-100 amps 96x96 square mm ammeter with 100 /5 amps
ratio CT's and selector switch

One no. of single phase preventer in incoming of panel.
Necessary cable alleys space for cabling of all pumps,
