 K.G.Thri Moorthy, aged about 39 years, S/o K.Gangadharam,
residing at D.No.14-1454/1, Mahathma Nagar, Thenabanda Via,
Chittoor Town and District, Andhra Pradesh (herein in after called the
party of the Ist. part).

We, K.Bhaskara Pillai, aged 74 years, S/o Arunachala Pillai,


residing at No.132, 5th Street, AVM Avenue, Virakambakkam, Chennai-
92, Tamilnadu (1), Smt.Vasanthi Vasudevan, aged 45 years, W/o
K.Vasudevan, r/a No.9, Sairam Avenue, 1 st Street, Jai Garden,
Valasarvakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (2), Smt.K.B.Lakshmidevi, aged 39
years, W/o Karunakaran, r/a No.132, 2 nd Street, AVM Avenue,
Viragambakkam, North Division, Chennai, Tamilnadu (3),
Smt.V.Manjula, aged 37 years, W/o N.S.Venugopal, r/a No.132, 2 nd
Street, AVM Avenue, Viragambakkam, North Division, Chennai,
Tamilandu (4), and the children of the 1 st above by name K.B.Rajendran,
aged 37 years, S/o K.Bhaskara Pillai, r/a No.3A, Sailakshmi Street, New
Perumgalathur, Kancheepuram, Chennai-63, Tamilandu (5), K.B.Karthi,
aged 40 years, S/o K.Bhaskara Pillai, r/a No.132 & 133, 5 th Street, AVM
Avenue, Virugambakkam, Chennai-92, Tamilnadu (6) (Herein after called
the party of the second part).
 
WHEREAS party of the 2nd part are agreed to sell the below
mentioned property to the 1st part above.
 

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER


 
The below mentioned schedule property was acquired as “B”
Schedule property by the No.1 in the 2 nd party under a regd., Partition
Deed vide document No.7240 dt:11.12.1989 under book No.2326 in
Vol.No.495 to 500 along with his brother K.Ranganadha Pillai who is the
brother of No.1 of them in the 2nd party and the same was accepted by
the Mandal Revenue Officer and issued Pattadar Pass Book and Title
Deed in favour of No.1 of 2nd party under Title Deed No.K107048 and
from the date of partition No.1 of the 2 nd part is in absolute possession
and enjoyment of the same without anybody’s interruption as joint family
property of his father.
Today No.1 to 6 of the 2nd part are agreed to sell the same for a sum
of Rs.2,14,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fourteen Thousands Only) for our
personal purpose before the witness mentioned below. The entire sale
consideration amount is received by us.
For the above said sale amount, today we sold the below mentioned
schedule property to the 1st party and delivered possession.
From today onwards we are no where concern to the below
mentioned property, ourselves or our legal-heirs are not having any right
or title over the below mentioned property. So from this day the 1 st part
is having full right, title and possession and he may enjoy the same and
the entire tax to the government has to paid by the 1 st part, and the 1st
part is having right, title and has right to execute any deed like gift, sale,
mortgage or any other and the 1 st part and his legal-heirs are having
exclusive right and title over the below mentioned schedule property.
The below mentioned schedule property is our ancestral property,
so nobody has no any interest, title or possession over the below
mentioned schedule property, further we have not executed any deed of
mortgage or sale or any other deed in favour of any third party and also
there is no court attachment or pending suits before any court of law. If
at all any objection is raised, we are all on our expenses will clear all the
problems and put possession over the same. If at all any problems are
raised, any loss occurred due to court proceeding, we are all responsible
for the same and will pay all the costs and damages to the 1 st part.

SCHEDULE
Chittoor District – Chittoor Sub District – Chittoor Zilla Parishad –
Gangadhara Nellore Mandal – H/o Kotrakona – Kotrakona village – lands
in
1) S.No. 128/1 – Wet – an extent of Ac.3.54 cents in this Ac.0.88
cents or 0.356 hectors – within the following boundaries:-

North : Lands of Munikrishnaiah, Lokanadham, Subramanyam


Pillai;
South : S.No.128/7 land;
East : Land of K.Ranganadha Pillai in S.No.127;
West : Lands of Jyothiswara Reddy and others;

2) S.No.128-7 – Wet – an extent of Ac.3.53 cents in this Ac.1.64 cents


or 0.664 hectors – with electrical S.C.No.294 with 5 HP Motor
pump set with bore well - within the following boundaries:-

North : Lands in S.No.128-1


South : Lands in S.No.128-8;
East : Land of K.Ranganadha Pillai in S.No.128-8;
West : Lands of Jyothiswara Reddy;
3. S.No.128-8 – Wet – an extent of Ac.3.56 cents in this Ac.1.17 cents or
0.47 hectors – in this Well with ½ share right in the Well, Bari, Gadda,
Kalva which leads to K.Ranganadha Pillai - within the following
boundaries:-
North : Lands in S.No.128-7
South : Land of Nathi Seenaiah and Gutta;
East : Land of K.Ranganadha Pillai;
West : Land in S.No.128-7;

4. S.No.128-5 an extent of Ac.0.76 cents in this Ac.0.48½ cents – in this


½ share right i.e., Ac.0.24.2 cents or 0.098 hectors lands with having
right to go to land in S.No.129 which situated a Well and Bandi Bata
measuring 25 liks or 1 rod – within the following boundaries:-

East : Land of Mangala Munikrishnaiah;


West : Kunta;
North : Bandi Bata and land of Eswaraiah;
South : Land of Subramanyam Pillai;
Intotal an extent of Ac.4.01.25 cents and 169 mango trees, the said
land is not assignment land, the patta and Title deed book No.K107048.
