I. TARGETED CLIENTS:
- All foreigner customers who have certain demand for apartments at the New City Thu Thiem
project, No. 17 Mai Chi Tho, Binh Khanh Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

II. SALES POLICY

1. Free management for 3 years and car parking service for 1 year.

- Customers who buy Duplex units will be waived for Management Fee in 3 years and Car
Parking Service for 1 car in 1 year.
Exclusive privileges for Duplex units’ Owners: Customers who buy Duplex units will be
offered a private car parking slot to use.
