EXE-01 Earthwork excavation in all types of soil for Footing, Raft, RC wall
foundations, Lift pits, Trenches, etc. stacking the excavated earth &
disposable material where ever indicated in site, excluding back filling but
including filling depressions and loose pockets wherever necessary including
watering, consolidating etc., complete. Rate to include disposing of excess
earth within the site and spreading in layers to required levels, shoring,
bailing out water, etc. complete. Contractor shall get aquinted with site
conditions and soil report and submit method statement for dewatering
and getting the surface reasonably dry for laying PCC. Note:Authorised
working space shall be considered as per IS 1200
EXE-02 Back filling in plinths, for sides of foundation, trenches, liftpits, area
developement else where as directed including breaking clods, watering and
consolidating in 150mm thick layers, compacting each layer with vibratory
compactor and at inaccessible places with wooden/steel rammers to
achieve 90 to 95% proctor density at optimum moisture content, all leads
and lifts, bailing/ pumping out water to keep site dry while backfilling
cost shall include conveyance of all materials, labour, ,hire and fuel
charges for tools and plants and other incidental charges etc.complete
as per detailed specification.
EXE-03 Disposing surplus excavated soils/debris of all types outside the site upto a
lead of 5 KM including cost of labour, cost of equipment and machinery,
loading and unloading, transportation, all other incidental charges at
all leads and lifts etc. complete. The work shall be carried out as per the
directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
PCC-01 Providing & laying 3" thick DAMP PROOF COURSE with cement concrete
1:2:4(1cement:2coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal
size) including mixing of waterproofing admixture of Sika/Fosroc/MC
Bauchemie/Roffe or equivalent as per manufacturers specifications
etc., complete for SSM toping
PCC-02 Providing and laying P.C.C 1:4:8 of specified thickness wherever specified
using river sand, 40mm and downsize metal including sub grade preparation,
levelling, compacting, all leads and lifts, rough finishing if required at the
top surface with necessary curing and shuttering etc. complete at all
levels.

FRM-01 Providing, fabricating and erecting form work for all RCC works at places
wherever needed / specified as per drawing including striking /
deshuttering with steel / marine ply board with adjustable steel
props to full height and with sufficient bracing etc. complete. Cost to include
sealing the joints with heavy duty brown self adhesive tape, applying mould
releasing agents (Rebol from Fosroc or equivalent) aligning to line and
levels including M S Ties, PVC spacer etc.Complete & as directed at all levels.
Shuttering below the shrinkage strip at every level shall be retained in place
without disturbing for a time as specified by the structural engineer.

shuttering, scaffolding and staging,compacting, raking, curing, all
lead and lift etc. complete as per drawing and as directed at all levels and

JNR-01 Providing & fixing in position Teak Wood frame Door with Machine Finished I
class Sal Wood frame of 21/2"X5" fixed to the masonry/Column with MS
clamp/Anchor fastener grouted with M20 grade concrete after anti termite
coat at wall face of frame with 32mm thick OST shutter with 1mm thick
approved shade laminate finish with 6mm thick TW edge lipping including
enamel paint finish on frame &shutter edge over a coat of primer & polish
finish on TW face of shutter including all hardwares & fixtures like SS hinges,SS

WTP-01 TOILETS
Providing waterproofing for the Toilets by chemical method as
follows:Brushing,cleaning & hacking the surface area to provide Brush
bond/ equivalent in 2 layers one after the other with 1mm tk as per
manufacturers' specification.The cost to include 2coats of waterproofing
plaster done with 12mm agg fixing in CM1:4 with waterproofing
admixture mixing with rough finished to required slope with an avg tk of
30mm with a minimum guarantee period of 10yrs.
WTP-02 TERRACE
Providing waterproofing for Terrace as per the specifications listed below with
a minimum guarantee period of 10yrs.
Provide Brick Bat Coba Water Proofing to the terrace by surface method
of average thickness 110mm with water proof admixture as per
manufacturer's(Fosroc/Equivalent) specification with a minimum
guarantee period of 10 years. Cost to include application of cement slurry
with water proofing compound over the surface, laying of brick bat coba to
necessary gradient and joints filled with CM 1:3 with water proofing
compound, providing joint less waterproof plastering with CM 1:4 and
water proofing compound, finished smooth and impression marking of size
300x300 Square with 3mm rod. Treatment shall continue along parapet for
300mm height in shape of round wata, curing etc., Cost to include the
treatment along parapet and no extra 'measurements shall be accounted
for the same (only Plan area shall be accounted). Brickbats shall be
soaked 24 hours in soaking tank before using the same for
waterproofing & only Seived river sand shall be used

N MSL-00 MISCELLANEOUS
MSL-01 Providing & Constructing UNDER GROUND SUMP of capacity 6000 lts at a
suitable location which includes,(1)Excavation for sump,(2) PCC 1:4:8 for
base(3) RCC for base in M20 grade concrete with 20mm & down size
aggregates, river sand & approved water proofing material,(4)side walls shall
be of 150mm thick M20 grade concrete walls which are plastered smooth with
CM1:3 along with approved waterproofing compound, (5) Top slab shall be of
RCC slab of M20 grade concrete with nominal steel reinforcement of
8mm@8"c/c with a provision for a cast iron heavy duty manhole of size
2'0"X2'0",(6) Collection sump in base slab shall be provided,(7) Heavy duty PVC
rungs @ 300mm c/c etc.,complete all as per specifications & as directed by
the Architect & the Engineer-in-charge.
