with minimum 12-15 years experience in Quality. Should
have the following technical competencies:
• Well conversant with FRP ,Honeycomb, GRP,SS and
proper furnishing of interior of railway coaches or
automobile industry,
• preparation & approval of WPS/PQR & WPQ
• Stage and final inspections of passenger compartments 1
and Lavatory area.
• Preparation & approval of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
& Fabrication Quality Plan (FQP)
• Knowledge about raw material code of Indian and
International standards.ISO 9001, Knowledge on IRIS,
OSHOS and EMS will also be taken as advantage, auditor
certification will be added advantage

Mechanical
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
(Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engr.) with minimum
10 years’ experience in Quality. Should have the following
technical competencies:
• Well conversant with FRP ,Honeycomb, GRP,SS made
components and furnishing of interior of railway coaches
or automobile industry,
Head Quality / Mechanical

Furnishing
• Stage and final inspections of passenger compartments

 B.Tech/M Tech in surface coating Technology / paint
technology /polymer Engineering Mechanical/chemical
Engineering:
Minimum 10 yrs of experience in related field of painting
Quality head/ surface
4 and pretreatment of surface before coating. 1
preparation & painting
Should have following technical competencies: Knowledge
of ISO standards related to surface preparation and coating
such as ISO 8501-1: 1988/(BS 7079, Prt(A1 1989)/NACE 2
or BGAS/FROSIO Certification
B.E. / Diploma in Surface coating Technology/ paint
Quality Supervisor:
Technology /Polymer/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
5 Surface preparation & 8
with minimum 2 years/ 5 years’ experience in relevant
painting
field.
Electrical
• B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/(Electrical/Electronics/
instrumentation & allied branches with minimum 10 years
experience in quality.

• Should have experience in installation and
commissioning of Electrical/ Electronics/instrumentation
