5- Natha has Trap to save mango from Insects.

WEAKNESS

1- Lack of knowledge about broad market demand & price of quality mango.
2-No availability of own transport system to reach nearest market.
3- No any telephonic connectivity (poor network).
4- Don’t have own heavy weight machine.
OPPORTUNITY

1-A good condition road connect to koraput or nearest market to sell product.

2-Best opportunity when ORMAS & KAPPCO do marketing & branding mango of Natha
Saanta.

3-Natha has a team of skilled labor (manpower).

4- Media connectivity through ORMAS (Broadcast media, Print media & Digital media).

5- State Mango festival is a best opportunity to sell promoting mango.

THREAT
1- Future market competition.

2-Middle man those who are sell less quality mango import from other state.
OPPORTUNITY
1- AGRAGAMEE always with him & guide in every step.

2-The biggest opportunity is he sell his quality product through ORMAS & KAPPCO.

3-Through ORMAS, KAPPCO & AGRAGAMEE he knows about a broad market of his
quality product.

4- State mango festival is an opportunity for sell & promotes his mango.

5- Media connectivity through ORMAS (Print, Broadcast & Digital media).

THREAT

When a large numbers of people produce mango by follow Parama Kulesika .at that time the
demand for the product goes down hence price also decrease of the product.

CONCLUSION

Here we know about SWOT analysis of two successful mango farmer of Koraput. According to
me forgot about local market competition local farmers attract towards this farming which
makes their life sustainable & demand for the koraput Quality mango must increase in national
level market at that time farmers get best amount of capital in their hand.

1-No better communication way to his field.

2-Unavailability of water & electricity resources to grow the field or more production.

3-No any permanent home at field to make them safe & take care of field.

4- Parama has no trap to catch insects .
