Welcome Grade 7 Students!

English is one of the subjects that are you are going to study in this grade level. You already
know about the different kinds of verb. In this module you are going to study the simple tenses
of it. In this module you will be guided with explanations and example exercises that will
enhance your skills regarding the topic. It also includes varieties of activities that are interactive
and innovative.

Learning Objectives

At the lesson, the Grade 7 students should be able to:

1. Simple Present Tense

This topic is about the use of the simple tense of the verb. It is use to give statements that
happen in present time. Today, at this moment, this morning and now are some of the time
signals that are used to show the simple present tense of the verb.
