Dear Sir,
In response to your request, INREN (a concern of INDEX GROUP OF COMPANIES)is pleased to submit
proposal to provide comprehensive turnkey services which includes Architectural Design, Structural Design &
Engineering services, Services for Quality Control and quality Assurance Programmed (QCP/QAP), Fabrication
and Erection Services to your esteemed organization for the above captioned project.
i. WAREHOUSE
It is proposed to be one story structure with a height of about 40’-0” as per discussion. Primary structure
shall be made of structural steel while external walls shall be of bricks. There will be column free internal
space. Gross build up area is approximately 32,256.00sft.
ii. WORKING FACILITIES COMPLEX
It is proposed to be one story structure with a height of about 20’-0”. Primary structure shall be made of
structural steel while external walls shall be of bricks. There will be column free internal space. Gross build
up area is approximately 24,595.00sft.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Scope of Services to be provided by INREN under this Proposal shall include the following:
A. Architectural Design, Structural Design and Engineering Services:
a. Architectural And Structural Design:
i. Schematic Design Phase
Prepare preliminary, architectural the structural steel to determine the structural system most suitable to
the requirements of the project.
Prepare preliminary engineered structural system most suitable to the requirements of the project.
Develop the foundation concept and shore protection system for the project with
input from the Geotechnical Consultant retained by INDEX PROPERTIES LTD..
ii. Design Development Phase
Develop building structure Design Drawings to describe the overall structural design for
the structural steel including materials, systems and types of construction as may be appropriate.
iii. Construction Documents Phase
Develop structural design drawings of the structure EXCLUDING connection design,
Preparation of Shop Drawings and Erection drawings and services related to Quality
Control and Quality Assurance Programs (QCP/QAP).
Assist in coordinating the consultants and HPL.

3. Quality Control and Quality Assurance Programme (QCP/QAP) Management Services:
The Scope of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Management Services to be provided by
INREN under this Proposal shall include the following:
□ INREN shall have a QA/QC plan along with Quality Organization Chart for better communication with
Healthcare Pharmaceuticals LTD. (HPL). INREN shall obtain Healthcare Pharmaceuticals LTD. (HPL)‟s
approval before the implementation of QA/QC program.
□ INREN to ensure that Structural Consultant’s Drawings and Specifications are followed in strict
adherence and no deviations from approved QA/QC procedures is strictly in force.
□ INREN shall perform inspection of the Contractor’s and Supplier's work for conformance with QA/QC
program.
□ INREN shall ensure that only approved material is used in the works and INREN will perform random
checks on the approved materials to be used in the works.
□INREN shall conduct monthly technical quality audit in coordination with Healthcare Pharmaceuticals
LTD. (HPL).
□ Respond the queries raised by Healthcare Pharmaceuticals LTD (HPL) within seven (07) working days or
less but as soon as possible considering the nature of query and its impact on the activity.

5. FINISHING OF STRUCTURAL STEEL
All primary and secondary structural steel will be cleaned and painted at factory after fabrication
with one shop coat red oxide zinc chromate primer only and after erection two coats enamel paint
as per approved color.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client shall be responsible to:
A. Provide all applicable drawings, specifications and other necessary data to INREN, including
complete survey, topography and sub surface data and soil test report etc.
B. Provide machine layout and other relevant Electro-Mechanical detail information;
C. Advise INREN at time of the project’s commencement of Client’s priority project requirements.
D. Provide access to areas required for any necessary inspection or survey.
E. Provide copies of all pertinent letters and memoranda pertaining to design work of the various
disciplines and Healthcare Pharmaceuticals LTD. (HPL)’s requirements.
F. Provide record drawings of existing facilities, if applicable.
It is understood that INREN has the right to rely upon the accuracy and completeness of all data furnished to it.
7. FINANCIAL OFFER:

8. PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Total Construction Period 07 (Seven) months.
Grace period 02 (Two) months for unseen circumstances.
