Easy carrot cake

Ingredients

300 g carrot puree, frozen


3 eggs
250 g granulated sugar
1/3 teaspoons ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon anise
1/3 teaspoon ground all-spice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
200 g vegetable oil
grated zest of 1 orange
400 g all-purpose flour
Method 1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 170* C (338* F) Fan. 100 g walnuts
Place a pot over heat and add the pumpkin puree. Let it melt.
To serve
In a mixer’s bowl, add the eggs, sugar, all the spices and vanilla extract.
Beat for 2-3 minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy. 50 g icing sugar
Remove mixing bowl from stand and add the carrot puree, vegetable oil and
orange zest. Whisk.

Grease a 25 cm baking pan with butter and dust with flour.
