Desired Profile:
Candidate shall be ready to work hard and be proactive. He shall be a smart worker, a presentable
professional, with fluency in English and Hindi. He shall be ready to take additional responsibilities from

Job description
Responsible for various key accounts in his area to build new relationships, develop accounts, generate
sales and handle the issues. Generating sales through building loyalty towards Brand
Job Responsibility:
• This will be a new LOB
• Opening new accounts, develop Customers.
• Coverage as per agreed PJP & Route plan
• Reporting directly to Key accounts Manager, candidate will be responsible for :
o Building new clientele
o Develop the client business as per business plan of the company.
o Follow SOPs in day to day functioning
o Gain Market Intel through hardcore ground work and relationship building
• Ability to handle Clients
• Timely Reporting
• Conducting activities In Shop
• Increase in Business revenue
• Meeting Monthly targets and KPIs
• Finding out competitors pricing and Scheme.
• Providing time to time feedbacks
Education
UG :Any Graduate in Any Specialization, PG :MBA preferred/ Marketing Specialization
Experience: Experience of working in Modern Trade in NCR

Job Description:
Salary : Rs. 15,000 -18000 per month (in hand, after deductions)
Depends on quality of candidates.
Conveyance separate as per company SOP.
Attractive Incentives can be earned , even equal to or more than salary on monthly basis,based on
performance.
Note: We may consider increasing the salary range by a bit, if we super like the candidate
Job role:
Onboarding fruits and vegetables sellers in assigned territory.
Sales to vegetable and fruit selling outlets in assigned territory through App.
Ensure maximum coverage in your assigned area.
Relationship building and maintenance with Outlet owners.
Training of Outlet owners on app usage. Educating on our service and reliability.
Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly sales targets are met.
Preferred Candidates: Ex PayTM, phonepe ,mobikwik, insurance, credit card , POS machines sales staff ,
fmcg ,especially Dairy 3rd party payroll staffs, small fmcg co./ poultry/ pesticides co. SO, ISP sales
executives/ officers are welcome.
