General Information:

1. All Paint boxes and paint trays are HANDMADE using 100% pure Brass.
2. Boxes will be manufactured in our workshop in INDIA and shipped to customer’s address. The
orders will be processed on First come First Served basis. Once started, It will take
approximately 35-55 days to make one box. Sometimes there may be delays due to
production issues, material availability, bad weather & other critical issues
3. Do not expose the box to high temperature (Above 50°C) , chemicals or mechanical load. It will
damage the box permanently
4. Do not use other paints in this box except watercolor. They cannot be removed
5. Some colors (Especially Prussian Blue, Alizarin Crimson, Magenta etc.) may stain the wells if
kept unclean for some time. It is recommended NOT to use highly staining colors in the box.
6. Recommended to use a padded cloth bag to carry the paint box while travelling to avoid deep
scratches. (It is not provided with the box)
7. The whole brass box is treated with 2 coats of metal primer, and then 2 coats of industrial grade
2K paint. The inner mixing areas are semi glossy white and outer color choice will be glossy
8. Metal palettes unlike ceramic would repeal water. After some use, the pooling effect will reduce
to a great extent.
9. Paint trays are made for using with tube paints. They are not designed to mechanically
clip in the standard full or half plastic pans.
10. In some cases partial advance payment is requested to confirm order. Once the box is ready for
shipping, customer will be notified to make a full balance payment via bank transfer or PayPal.
12. Boxes will be shipped using Standard International EMS Speed post (2-3 weeks delivery time
average), operated by India Post. But if needed, the shipment can be done using FedEx or DHL
etc upon request and additional payment.
13. Each country import regulations are different. So, Local custom clearance, taxes and
duties (if any) during delivery need to be paid by the customer.
14. The boxes will be packed with multiple layers to avoid damage, but we cannot take
responsibility of any damages during shipping or customs check at destination
country
