of material from one plant to another. The request is received in a RMS (Request Management
System) portal and then has to processed within SAP. THE BENEFITS

Warranty claims on daily basis. Online portal is developed for the customer where the user can login
and submit the claim details for processing. Since the customer base is more than 10K for domestic,
the number of claims getting logged in to the portal on daily basis was nearly 750+. THE BENEFITS

The job of unattended bot was to copy all claims from portal and paste into two different files such year
as Trend Dump Master and Claim Dump Master, where Trend Dump Master file contains all claims
present on portal and Claim Dump Master contains detail data of each claim. In addition, validations
are performed on both files using Macros for decision-making purpose. This file is then sent to
higher authority via email for updating the decision. The human assisted bot will pick the file in
which decision will be updated by concerned authority and then Approve/Reject the claim in portal
