INTRODUCTION TO INTERNSHIP REPORT

1.1 Background of the Studies:

As a student of Hazara University, Mansehra, it is necessary to make an internship program

of eight weeks in any organization. The. As an internee the internship conduct with Al-falah

Bank Limited, Oghi Branch, Mansehra.

As other internee I have also learnt lot of things during this internship experience. I enjoyed the

eight week of internship period and meeting with different employee of the Al-falah Bank

Limited.

1.2 Aim of Internship:

Main goal of writing this internship report are described as under.

1. Work in real setting

2. Feel the burden of real work situation

3. Advance writing techniques

4. To get more Knowledge about job market

5. Gain the practical experience

6. Meet with market professional

7. Implement theoretical work into practical

1.3 Scope of Internship Report:

It is compulsory for every student getting degree of Bachelor of Business Administration

from the department of management science, Hazara University, Mansehra to complete

eight-week internship in highly regarded organization and to write internship report on this

eight-week internship. My internship was about Bank Al-falah therefore I am writing

internship report on Bank Al-falah. My internship report is limited to BAF Oghi branch.

Focus of my internship report was on four P’s of Bank Al-falah i.e. product, price, place, and

promotion. I have also; evaluated SWOT analysis of strength, weakness, opportunities, and

threats. At the end of this internship report I have concluded my finding and I have also,

suggest my recommendation for the improvement of the Bank Al-falah which I had observed

during my eightweek internship period in Bank Al-falah.

1.4 Methodology of Internship:

Research methodology is a way to systematically solve the research problem. It may be

understood as a science of studying how research is done scientifically. Various steps should be

used, which are generally adopted to complete the research. For research and examination some

assumption is made. Methodology of internship is the vital theme tune for internship. Most

difficult and vital process in writing internship report is the collection of quality data. As an

internee the mostly data collected by the Branch employees. The data collected by traditional

way which are.
