2. Objectives.

General objective:

The objectives that we intend to complete at the end of this activity are: Analyze the requirements
of the actors in the logistics chain, the process of the installation and the product in our company
world Agrologistico.

3.Advantages of the Storage System

It is a map of the organization of a physical space, this represents graphically the logical
arrangement, which is given to the articles that make up our inventory, based on the
physical area allocated for that purpose, and the physical storage system used. It should
show clearly and visually the areas covered by the process, as well as the flow of the
products, with which we will have the following benefits:

 Have a delimited space of each process

 Have a location base referenced in the system.
 Establish basic and critical points of control.
 Manage physical and operational capabilities based on process requirements.
 Train staff to optimize their travel and operations in the area.
 Establish patrimonial and industrial security conditions.
 Have a documentary control that reflects the passage of the product through the
warehouse.

It is the graphic representation of the distribution in plant of the equipment and facilities, it
includes the spaces for flow of materials, people and activities of support of the company.

5. Conclusions

The importance of the structure of the logistics network, allows us to evaluate our facilities
distribution points with our product (Quinoa), so that the company can be recognized in the
national market.
