ENABLEMENT PRODUCT
REGISTRATION GUIDE
A guide to ensuring customers receive the
support needed following a new product
installation.
As a Dell EMC partner authorized to deliver deployment services on approved Dell EMC products, we rely on you to ensure
that products not deployed by Dell EMC are registered within 90 days of shipment. This ensures that maintenance contracts
are activated and both you and your customers can receive the support needed following deployment. In addition,
Registration Rate is a key metric used in determining a partner’s service delivery performance within the Dell EMC Partner
Program. Maximizing your Registration Rate will help you to maximize the benefits you receive from your investment in
service delivery with Dell EMC.
