1）The specific heat capacity of water is 4.2 * 103J/ (kg. ℃), and its physical

meaning is that the amount of heat absorbed (or released) at 1 degrees

centigrade by 1 kg of water temperature is 4200J（4.2KJ）.

2）Water is at a atmospheric pressure (0.1MPa)，The latent heat of vaporization

at 100 C is 2257.2KJ/KG.

4.2KJ*100℃=420KJ

420KJ+2257.2KJ/KG=2667.2KJ

2667.2KJ*1000KG=2667200KJ/T

Board separated drying chamber：

3) a sand silo with high ground bucket, gas lock valve, rubber seal between the well and the drying machine,
can reduce the cold air in the sand outlet on the saturated condensed hot air, avoid damp sand.
4. The interface between the kiln head and the gas furnace is sealed with aluminum silicate needling blanket
to reduce the cold air into the dryer. It can increase the high temperature performance at the inlet end
of the hot air.

1. The offer is valid for 1 months.

2. All the motor is included in the quotation. We can specially order the motor which is different

from Chinese voltage and frequency;

3. Terms of Payment: 30% as advance payment by T/T, 70% should be paid before goods leave

seller's factory by T/T.

4. Time of Delivery: 30 working days after receipt of the advance payment.
5. Regarding to the sea freight, we can contact with the shipment company for it if you need.

PART F: TECHNICAL SERVICE

1. Design for production line flow and equipment layout freely according to the site.

2. Technical documentary: During 5 days after receiving the advance deposit, the seller will

provide operating instruction and all relative drawings.

3. During the operation, we can offer the technology service freely if the user needs to adjust the

layout and application.

PART G: AFTER-SALE SERVICE

1. During the installation and commissioning, we shall send our technician to the site for

guiding the installation and commissioning, and train your workers how to operate

equipment. .

2. The quality assurance date is one year (exclude the quick wear parts) after commissioning, but

not exceed 15 months from date on which machine leaves the factory.

3. If the equipment appear the equipment failure because of improper handling of user, we are in

charge of maintenance, and collect the appropriate cost.

4. We offer the components with favorable price, perdurable maintenance. After quality assurance

date, if the equipment needs to be repaired, we only collect the cost price.
