Distribute Student and Parent Preparedness guidelines both electronically and


via hard copy (post on your school website or use ConnectEd).

Review Teacher and Student Preparedness guidelines with teachers and


provide any information related to supplemental online programs at your
school.
Ask teachers to review Student Preparedness Guidelines with their classes as
soon as possible (and no later than Friday, March 13th).

Any resources (online and print) have been reviewed with students.

All students have used single sign on to access online platforms.

Students have information on how to access technology support.

For K-2 Teachers, simplified login for students using QR Codes: bit.ly/
PLSQRCodes.

Collaborate with grade-level/department chairs to determine how the steps above


might be accomplished with the least impact on teachers’ instructional/classroom time
(e.g. through grade level/department meeting time, coverage time, partnering with
teacher colleagues, advisories, or homerooms). Also, please raise teacher copy quotas
as necessary. Information regarding reimbursement will be forthcoming.

Communication
School is planning to share information with families and the school community
using a variety of methods (e.g. website, email, letter to families, other).
