Question no:1 Do you identify yourself being wise or immature ?As idealistic or pragmatatic ?As
learner or As a Teacher ?
Ans: I see myself as being wise because I made decission myself to join BBA in SZABIST
without any kind of doubts ,Although I am the first person my friends call because they know
that I'm always there for them. I make sure that I take care of the people in my life, at night or
day. I've made the same efforts to ensure my work is complete properly, and i've been available
to support my team members.So I am aslo learner,Iam a BBA student so we do work Pragmaticly
our teachers give us projects.
Question no:2 Do employers have a responibility to alert other employee's wrongdoing by
supplying an unfavourable reference? why or why not ?Disscus the conflict between community
responsibility and self-protection.
Ans:Examples would also need to be dependable and honest and if you've been punished at your
last job so they could have it on your reference. Most employers, however, are unwilling to offer
bad references as something considered not to be 100 cents per gallon correct may be grounds
for legal action. If you find out that a poor reference was arbitrarily given to you then you may
end up suing.

do ? what were the results ?
Ans: Hence I was the student like that who avoid to do mistakes or make argues. With the grace
of ALLAH ALMIGHTY I never faced issues with teachers.

accepectable ?
Ans: Here is the situation ;The bank holiday weekend at the start of the year can have a beyond
office parties and time off work influence on business life. Practitioners in ethics and compliance
may avoid this time of year as the object of gifts and hospitality creates a variety of ethical
challenges. You may feel that the Clown office determines that gifts and hospitality are not
permissible or desirable.There is little dispute that gift and hospitality giving and receiving has
an significant role to play in fostering business dealings and practice. A meal with a supplier can
help develop a relationship; if they need a quote, a pen with the name of your organization could
remind a client of you.However, often the distinction between what constituted a gift or
hospitality and what comprises a bribe may be uncertain and the acceptance of goods, services
and hospitality can leave an institution vulnerable to allegations of unethical or even unethical
behavior.How is a reward not a birthday present? Evaluate first what the gift or kindness is
about. Is it supposed to affect a relationship or cause inappropriate conduct? So is it actually a
thank-you token?

Ans: Thats is fine. Getting friends at work will enhance job stability, efficiency and productivity,
research has found.Even perhaps you'd want to avoid getting too close to your peers.

unethical conduct you observed at work ? how would you go about it ?
Ans: We will need to try to ensure timely and effective action on unlawful or unethical
behaviour. There are some moves you should bare in mind:

your supervisor or you do not feel confident confronting your supervisor with your request,
address it with the CEO, the Operations Director, legal counsel or, if possible, a senior executive.

When your situation needs your identity to be kept secret it will secure your privacy. The
company does not tolerate retribution for good faith allegations of alleged ethical breaches or
dubious accounting or auditing issues against employees.
3. Ask first, then act later. If in any situation you're unsure what to do, seek advice before you
act.
Question no:8 Do you tend to feel the greatest loyalty to family , work colleagues your firm or
employer or other stakeholder such as customers.
Ans; YES! Loyalty looks for dedication and devotion to others which enable trust and support to
thrive. Loyalty is critical in both our individual and corporate lives. ... Loyalty is important
because it helps us to take the chance of forecasting people we trust in the acts and behaviours.
