Hiring of services and personnel.

Possibilities.

1. Outsourcing. An external company conducts the recruitment


and selection of personnel and the contracting of them. Then
workers from this pool are sent to other companies to do
specific jobs. In the case of training, some outsourcing
companies specialize on this kind of personnel (trainers,
training, organizers and technical support personnel)

2. Direct recruitment, selection and contracting of personnel.


Here, we use recruitment sources (internal and external),
selection procedures /tools (interviews, testing, application
form, resume, medical /physical exam, socioeconomic study/
assessment)

Projection for the future.

Example: we have a training and development company that has


been continuosly growing up. We need to predict how many
instructors are needed for 2011. We have a history of 12 years
employment. What can we do?

We can use some statistics as follows.
