The teacher will present activity that the learner will answer.
Activity 14: In this activity, your prior knowledge in the game chess will be
assessed. In your activity notebook, copy the table as shown. Look at the
drawing of chess pieces and equipment of the game. Identify each piece.

ANALYSIS
Picture Analysis
- Showing a picture of a family playing a chess and they will answer the
following question.

ABSTRACTION
The teacher will present a visual about:
 The nature and background of playing chess.
 The benefits of playing indoor recreational activities.
 The techniques and strategies of playing chess.

APPLICATION
- The learners will play scrabble with their respective group.

- The teacher will conduct short quiz about the lesson.
