TECHNICAL ASPECT

After Analyzing the marketing aspects of the business, it's technical feasibility

will now be studied. Ins this chapter, It will discussed the business operations. The

location of the business will be examined. Fix assets will be listed, likewise. This part

part of the paper is the whole study of the project in terms of inputs, processes, outputs,

procedures and service. It is very important for long term planning, Moreover, this

supports the financial information of the project.

Service flow

The Sea Shrimp Cuisine is open 24/7. The employees must be punctual. No lunch break

Policy should be followed since the business is restaurant. They can take their lunch

anytime when they not busy and theirs no customers. Some of the employees have a task.

The cooker must be satisfy the customers expectation about our foods and must served a

healthy and quality foods. The Waiters should entertain the customers and have always a

patient for every customer they will encounters. Lastly the Guard should always keep the

safety of the restaurant.

For the customers they may ask any relevant questions about the products and services

that the restaurant offers. If the client is not sure whether to buy or

not, he or she may not reserve. On the other hand, if the customer

wants to buy the dishes, he or she must pay the said price.

If there is one interesting feature of this type of business that is it does not

produce a large volume of waste. It does not need to consume much, so waste is

Product

Sea Shrimp Cuisine will manufacture a Squash Buttered Shrimp and Sweet

Banana. The main Ingredient of the product are Shrimp, Squasg and Banana. Sea Shrimp

Cuisine guarantees a unique and very good quality product at a

very affordable price which will meet the customer’s

inside customers because it is located along the said place.

Procedures

 Boil the squash in a medium heat and grined it into small pieces

 Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp,

salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2-3 minutes;

set aside.

 Add the grined squash to the skillet, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant,

about 1 minute. Stir in chicken stock and lemon juice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat

and simmer until reduced by half, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in remaining 6 tablespoons

butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, until melted and smooth.

 Stir in shrimp and gently toss to combine.

 Serve immediately, garnished with parsley leaves, if desired.

 In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of water, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well

and set aside. Pour cooking oil in a wide pot and heat.

 Slice the bananas using a mandolin slicer

 Deep fry the banana until almost crisp.

 Meanwhile, lets make the simple syrup. Heat a saucepan and pour in 1/2 cup of

water and 1/2 cup sugar.Let boil.

 Gently stir the mixture and turn off the heat. Let cool.

The sources of the main ingredient are from the dealers of shrimp coming from

Dual ang Bolinao while the other raw materials will be provided by Spices and Cornfood

Manufacturer in Dagupan City, Pangasinan.

Electricity will be provided by the DECORP since the

business is located at San Jacinto Pangasinan. In case of power

interruptions, a generation SRT is on standby not to impede the production process.

Water system will be provided by San Jacinto Water District. We will also

provide deep well in case of power interruptions to be sure that there's always a water

supply.

Telephone will be used for the operation of the business. This is for

communicating with various customers and receives call inquiriesbout the product. This

is also to maintain communication with our suppliers. The telephone will be provided by

PLDT.

Furniture and Fixtures

Furniture amd fixtures will composed of tables, chairs, trash bins, wall clock,

plastic brooms, aprons, hairnet, mask, gloves, sofa, wall fan, stand fan, laptop, and water

dispenser. This will be purchased at selected suppliers such as Magic, Chimes, Winzon

Center and City Center.

Most waste can be segregated but few remain to

be disposed properly. There will be four trash bins for

biodegradable and non-biodegradable trash for proper disposal. A contact person will be
