Estimated Cost:- Rs. 22,57,503/-

Earnest Money:- Rs. 45,150/-

Note:-

1. The bidder will use one UTR for one work only. In case, it is found that he has used one
UTR number for different tenders, all the tenders submitted by him will be rejected and
he will be debarred from further tendering in DDA in future.
2. Bidders registered in Contractor’s Registration Board(CRB) of DDA are required to pay
the e-tendering annual charges as under :

Note:- All the registered / non-registered / to be registered contractors G.S.T.

@18% i.e. (CGST @ 9% & SGST @ 9%) is to be levied along with the
tendering/processing fee to be deposited in the shape of DD/RTGS in favour of P.A.O.
(E/W)/ DDA, Vikas Minar with GST No.
 The other Contractors not listed with DDA will deposit Rs. 20,000/- per year in CRB to upload
their tender on-line.
In case any contractor fails to make payment by the stipulated date, the concerned
contractor will not be eligible for tendering.
3. Proof of registration (if applicable) and the proof of payment i.e., RTGS/NEFT number
and its scan copy is to be uploaded in the technical bid.
