Re: Letter of Demand for Outstanding Money

The purpose of this letter is to demand payment of (P501,000.00)

in relation to the non-payment of the contract of loan.

On the 40/4/2018, the amount of P501,000.00 was due to be

paid to me, yet remains outstanding despite my numerous
request for payment.

Accordingly, I advise that if payment in the sum of P501,000.00

is not received within 14 days. I will be forced to initiate legal/
court proceeding against you to recover such debt.
