you do? Outline your steps. Answer should not be less than 150 words. (10 points)

If I were assigned in a low-performing school first thing to do is to know and understand

what the school needs. Develop a comprehensive, systematic, and ongoing approach to
identify the needs of school, students and teachers. Evaluate the needs of current and
incoming students, examine whether the teachers in the school have the skills required to
address student needs, and assess the practices being used. Evaluating the strength and
weaknesses of students. Improving curriculum and classroom instruction, providing a
curriculum and instructions that help students reach challenging academic standards.
Strategies for school improvement must focus on the particular academic needs of students.
Talk to your teachers, it’s worth talking to them when you are drawing up a plan of action for
improving the performance of your school. Make learning more fun, sometimes students
underperform because they have simply lost the motivation to learn. Strategize a plan
integrate games on learning, knowing the interest, abilities and talents of students, use it as a
tool for teaching and learning process.
