Quality Policy

UTS Carrier quality heritage origin can be traced back to November 1990
when the company embarked on its first quality drive, Project XL, by
identifying ways to improve its systems and processes in the quest to be ‘the
best’ in its field. Since then we have been on the road to continuous
improvement and over the years have nurtured and developed a deep-rooted
culture within us, that is committed to Quality and Customer Satisfaction. UTS
is ISO 9002:1994 certified since 1996, one of the first companies in the Middle
East to achieve this landmark. Achieved Dubai Quality Award in 1994 by
obtaining second in out category.
In order to professionally handle all customer complaints and ensure that each
complaint is properly evaluated and adequate/speedy actions taken, we have
introduced an in-house Customer Complaint Handling System which is on-line
and accessible to all our staff. As a company policy we make sure that all
customer complaints received are logged in the system and handled
professionally.
