This demo script is a “How to…” script and should NOT be shown
in front of a customer, unless you have a specific requirement to do
so.
This script shows how you can upload your own custom image files
to your demo instance, so it can be used in a Procurement demo
flow. You can use this script in conjunction with the script
“Purchasing - Create BPA with Supplier Collaboration”. So when
you create a BPA with your custom items, you can load your custom
image files and tie that image to your BPA lines.

MAIN DEMO
Step Action
1.  From GSE Launchpad > click Launch Demo link
 From Index screen > Demo Tools > click GSE File Manager hyperlink
2. Sign in as user per BU table below: / (weekly password) ,
Supremo US laura.petrova
US1 calvin.roth
Click on Login
3. Under the Folder section along left side, click on folders > images
4. DEMO NOTE: Ensure your image filename does NOT contain any spaces in the filename.
Ex. image ball.jpg will not work. Image_ball.jpg will work.

5.  For field Select File, click Choose File button to find your image file on your
laptop
 For field “Description”, enter as desired. This is NOT a required field
 Click UPLOAD button
6. Notice the screen updates and the file is now under the Files section
7. In the table, click under the URL column, the file name link to see the URL for your
image,

Ex. https://adc2-abcd-fa-ext.oracledemos.com/images/filename.jpg
8. Click Sign Out hyperlink at top right corner
9. Your custom image file has been loaded to your demo instance.
As needed, repeat the above steps to load additional image files.
10. You can use the above URL’s to tie your images to your BPA lines/items.
Please see demo script “Purchasing - Create BPA with Supplier
Collaboration” for details on how to create your custom BPA lines/items.
In that script, for the PRE DEMO STEPS, you must replace the full URL for the attributes:
<NAMEVALUE name="THUMBNAIL_IMAGE">
<NAMEVALUE name="PICTURE">
With the new URL as noted in previous step:
Ex: https://adc2-abcd-fa-ext.oracledemos.com/images/filename.jpg
