The propose name of our business is “nature fertilizer”. The reason why we choose this

name because our product input comes from our environment like dead plants, different kinds pf

biodegradable garbage’s, animal feces and other indigenous organic materials. Another reason is,

when we use organic fertilizer, our plants or products become naturally made because there’s no

chemical involve. Using this kind of fertilizer help us maintain the cleanliness of our mother

earth, it keeps our environment clean and green and we consumers are safe to consume the

organic vegetables because we can assure that it was not harmful to us.

Nature of the Business

The business named “Nature Fertilizer” will be register at the Securities and Exchange

Commission (SEC), to get a business permit and form a business corporation and invite some

investors from the other companies to have an investment in our business. We will put also a

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) exclusive for our customers and employees.

A lot of farmers use commercial fertilizers like urea, 16-20-0 that contain high chemicals

and causes the lost and damaged the land health that ends with product failure. Why would we

choose a synthetic fertilizer and spend a lot if we can buy a cheap organic fertilizer that compose

of animal manure, agricultural by-products, processing wastes, green manures, domestic wastes

and industrial wastes that help maintain the vitamins of the soil.

In India organic fertilizer is a production system which avoids the use of synthetic

fertilizer. The objective of using this fertilizer is to maintain the soil fertility by returning all the

wastes to it chiefly through compost to minimize the gap between NPK addition and removal

from the soil. The prolonged and over usage of chemicals, resulted in human and soil health

excreta, and vegetable matter. Naturally occurring organic fertilizers include animal wastes from

meat processing, peat, manure, slurry, and guano.

our business here because, it is easy to access by our beloved customers and there are a lot of
