Development Program on "Ethical Practices in Engineering"(28-05-2020 to 03-06-2020) is

Kindly install the ZOOM APP in your mobile/device to attend the 7 days Online Faculty
Development Program and the ZOOM Meeting ID and Password will be send through
Telegram APP.

FDP Guidelines

1. On first day, for inauguration, the meeting shall start at 11:00 AM.
2. For the remaining days, the FDP will start sharp at 11:30 AM. The meeting room will
be kept open by 11:15 AM so that participants can seamlessly join the meeting. The
link for each session will be sent to through Telegram id Two Hours before the
commencement of the session.
3. The FDP ID given to all the participants, which is attached in the PDF file for the
purpose of identification. While entering to the meeting room, All are requested to
change your profile name as FDP ID given by us.
4. The participants shall immediately mute their device audio and video after logging into
ZOOM, to preserve bandwidth.
5. Participants are kindly requested to ensure to join before 11.30 am as the meeting will
be locked beyond the said time to avoid distractions during the lecture.
6. Interrogations during presentation may be avoided. The participants shall raise a
question if any, by, clicking the hand icon on the screen at the end of the lecture. The
moderators of FDP will assign your chance during the question – answer session.
 7. Internet connectivity speed is also very essential for a good live streaming and hence
the participants shall ensure to stay and keep the device close to the spot where the
signal strength is good and uninterrupted.
8. At the end of each session there will be a Polling process with MCQ’s and Feedback
submission for attendance purpose.
