Within the framework of the IP Key South-East Asia (SEA) Project, we are pleased to invite
trade mark examiners and legal officials from the Directorate General of Intellectual Property
(DGIP) to participate in the IP Key SEA Webinars on Trade Marks to be organized as follows:
The aim of the webinars is to promote the improvement of trademark examination, protection
and enforcement, including the quality and enforceability of trademark applications filed in IP
Offices in Southeast Asia.
We would like to invite your officials and kindly request their registration using the links provided
in this letter and in the attached Information Note.

INFORMATION NOTE
The IP Key Southeast Asia (SEA) Project is organizing the following series of Webinars
on Trade Marks.
The webinars will focus on the protection and examination of non-traditional trade marks
and the measures to prevent bad faith registrations and the protection of well-known marks
in the evolving global trade mark landscape.

The webinars will use the Zoom platform and will be livestreamed. The webinars
will be audio-visually recorded for publication on the IP Key SEA project website
(https://ipkey.eu/en) for external communication purposes. The Q&A portion of
the webinars will not be recorded.
