Completed successfully a new MDF (Medium Density Fiber Board) manufacturing plant in Srikalahasti, Andhra Pradesh.
Where in i am responsible for Project Management, organizing the team and required Infrastructure for executing the
project within the time frame, quality and cost. Project Snapshot: Area covering 200 Acres, 50 permanent employees,
1200 contract labors, 20 contractors, 550 containers of process equipment and 1000 Cr. Investment.
Green Building Certificate: Achieved GOLD rating by coordinating and implementing green building requirements
during project planning and execution stage itself.
Implemented "6S" successfully: 6S is focused on creating a clean and safe working environment in the unit, reducing
accidents/incidents and enhancing employee morale. 6S helps in reducing equipment breakdown while improving
productivity and quality.
Culture - strengthening initiatives: With the following initiatives Greenpanel realized benefits comprising improved

plan and developed different new functions to meet the external business in a professional way.
MEP: Introduced MEP (Mechanical - Electrical - Plumbing) concept and institutionalized in Infra business to acquire
professional approach to all the technical services needed for both Internal and External projects. It has paved in
achieving strategic objectives of the organization and impacted in the infra business growth
P&M: Introduced P&M function in infra business and standardized its business by adding required plant and
machineries based on the business progress, with the set of procedures and documentation to support execution function
