1.05: Adds pre (left) and post (right) filtering to the waveshaper (note: filters
are active even when Waveshaper is off, so you can use the plugin as a filter if
you really want, though I don't interpolate cutoff changes to save CPU, so it might
not be very handy/sound steppy if used for automation purposes)
