REPORT ON A.V. AIDS EXHIBITION
“Arts speaks where words are unable to explain”

Exhibition on A.V. Aids was held on 16th January 2019, organized by the students of M. Sc
nursing 1st year and Post Basic B.sc nursing 2nd year in the basement of Nightingale Institute
of Nursing, Noida.

Exhibition was inaugurated at 2.25 pm by our Chairman Sir Respected Mr. Ashok Jain, our
Director and Principal Respected Professor Lavanya Nandan Madam, our HOD, HR and
Admin respected Mrs. Sushama Sharma madam, and Editor in chief Respected Mr. Ajay
Sunder sir and all the faculties.

“Creativity takes courage”, Exhibition began with the explanation of LCD and OHP,
followed by working and non working model and puppets etc by the enthusiastic students of
the institute. The students have put in their creative mind in work, in bringing out a well
organized exhibition on A.V. Aids. Messages regarding the women empowerment,
importance of clean environment and effects of air pollution on health were conveyed
beautifully by the presenter with their aids. Puppets stole the lamplight of the exhibition with
great message.

Guests present in the exhibition appreciated and applauded the students for their creative
work. Faculties of the institute also congratulate the student for their hard work. Students
were participated excitedly.

Refreshment was also provided to the guests.

By around 3.25pm, students of our college were called to see the exhibition, starting with
students of GNM 3rd year followed by B.sc 3rd year, GNM 2nd year, B. Sc 2nd year and at last
GNM 1st Year students.

The Exhibition was winded up by 4.30pm and the A.V Aids were placed in the A.V Aids
laboratory.

BRIEF REPORT ON A.V AIDS EXHIBITION
An A.V AIDS exhibition held on 16th.January.2019, which was organized by MSC(N) 1ST
Year and P.B.Bsc(N) II Year, Nightingale Institute Of Nursing.

Exhibition was started by 2:00pm, Respected Principal, Prof. Lavanya Nandan


(Principal/Director) entered the Exhibition by 2:15. By 2:25pm, Respected Chairman,
Administrator, and the teachers entered the Exhibition and the exhibition was started.

By 2:25pm Table 1 that shows LCD by Ms. Manju MSC 1ST year explained about LCD and
OHP by Ms. Nghathem Julia MSC 1ST year explained about how the OHP works.

By 2:30pm Table 2 that shows an Working Model by Ms. Pc. Lalhriatzuali and Ms. Rupo
Bala Yumkhaibam of MSC 1ST Year explained about working model by showing the
Mechanism of Lactation.

By 2:35pm Table 3 that shows Posters by Ms. Priya Singh, MSC 1ST Year explained about
different types of posters.

By 2:40pm Table 4 shows Flashcards by Ms. Pooja MSC 1ST Year and Specimens explained
by Ms. Shakshi MSC 1ST Year.

By 2:43pm Table 5 shows Diagrams presented by Mr. Shailender MSC 1ST Year and Non-
Working model by Ms. Dilpreet MSC 1ST Year.

By 2:45pm Table 6 shows Graphs and Flipchart by Henna MSC 1ST Year.

By 2:48pm Table 7 shows charts and cartoons by Ms. Ayushi MSC1ST Year.

By 2:51pm Table 8 shows Handouts and Maps which was presented by Ms. Shivani MSC 1ST
Year.

By 2:53pm Table 9 shows different types of boards presented by Ms. Eliza MSC 1ST Year.

By 2:55pm Table 10 shows Bulletin board , Pamphlets by Ms. Anju and Leaflets by Ms.
Prachi MSC 1ST Year.

By 3:00pm Table 11 shows Audio Aids presented by Ms. Nirleepta MSC 1ST Year.

By 3:02pm Table 12 shows Puppets presented by Ms. Aliza MSC 1ST Year.

By 3:05pm Table 13 shows Boards by P.B.Bsc II Year.

By 3:08pm Table 14 shows T.V by P.B.Bsc II Year.

By 3:10pm Table 15 shows Non working model by P.B.Bsc II Year.

By 3:12pm Table 16 shows charts by P.B.Bsc II Year.


By 3:15pm Table 17 shows working model and MIC by P.B.Bsc II Year.

By 3:18pm Table 13 shows Leaflets and Posters by P.B.Bsc II Year.

By 3:20pm, refreshment was provided to all the staff who entered the Exhibition.

By 3:25 p.m, GNM 3RD Year came to see the exhibition

By 3:35 p.m GNM 2ND Year came to see the exhibition

By 3:40 p.m BSc(N) 1ST Year came to see the exhibition

By 3.50 p.m BSc(N) 2ND Year came to see the exhibition

By 4:05 p.m BSc(N) 3RD Year came to see the exhibition

By 4:15 p.m GNM 1ST Year came to see the exhibition

By 4:30 p.m the exhibition ended and group photos was taken along with the teachers, Ms.
Jony Sharma, Ms. Th. Kapeelta Devi and Ms. Tsering Tsomo.

All the AV Aids was placed to the laboratory.

DEFINITION

A diagram is a symbolic representation of information according to
some visualization technique.

There are at least the following types of diagrams

 Schematics

SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM – It is a representation of the elements of a system using


abstract, graphic symbols rather than realistic pictures with the help of electrical or
electronically.

PURPOSE

 To reason about system behavior.

 To detect errors and omissions early in the life cycle.

 To present proposed designs and communicate with stakeholders.

 To understand requirements.

PRINCIPLES

 It should be simple, clear, attractive, concise and suitable title without damaging
clarity.
 It should be maintain a proper proportion between height and width to avoid an
unpleasant look.
 It should be clean in points.
 An explaining different lines, shades and colors should be given.
 It should be absolutely neat and clear.

ADVANTAGES

 It is give some information about the content.


 It is easy to understand.
 It is useful for long period of time.

DISADVANTAGES

 It is not give the more information about the topic.
