Guidelines on Renewing your MV Registration:

REQUIREMENTS PROCEDURE
1. Certificate of Registration (CR) 1. Have your motor vehicle inspected by LTO for the
approved MVIR.
2. Official Receipt (OR) of Registration 2. Undergo emission testing and obtain CEC.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

1. LTO will NOT entertain appointments made for purposes other than the PLAIN RENEWAL of Motor Vehicle
registration. Miscellaneous transactions (e.g. transfer of ownership, change in chassis / engine) will undergo
normal processing.
 
2. Please arrive at your selected LTO site at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Latecomers will not be
entertained.
 
3. In case of work suspension due to sudden circumtances, all appointments shall be accepted the next working day
(during the same time slot).
 

The setting of appointments through the LTO Online PASS is a FREE PUBLIC SERVICE offered by the LTO.
