Each of the above stated point will carry 2 (two) marks (not good = 0; good = 1 and very good = 2). If a CCUobtains 90%+ mark then it will be
considered as “A+” graded CCU, i.e. very good. If a CCU obtains inbetween 70% to 89% marks, it will be “A” graded; CCU obtains below 70%
marks needs further nurturing.Further strategies should be developed and followed to uplift weak CCUs up to the standard. CDA & CDOwill give
special attention and more time to strengthen weak CCUs and place reports about the developmentof weak CCUs in the monthly staff meeting.
