Objective:
 To arrive in the Municipal hall early for the courtesy call
 To arrive safe and sound in Boklaoan for the Community Imersion
 To render the lecture properly to the Core Group Members and the
Community folks

Activities:

Time Activity

5:00 am- 5:45 am Departure time at UC-BCF Grounds

9:00 am- 9:30 am Courtesy call in the Municipal Mayor’s Office and
Municipal Rural Health Unite with Dr. Laruan
10:00 am- 10:30 amCourtesy call in Boklaoan Health Clinic with the Midwife
in charge Ms. Michelle Alutang
11:00 am- 12:00 nn Arrival in the staff house
1:00 pm- 2:00 pm Lunch Break and Preparation for the lecture on
Basic Life Support
2:30 pm- 4:00 pm Lecture on Basic Life Support to the Core Group and
Community Folks
6:00 pm- 7:00 pm Dinner Time
7:00 pm- 8:00 pm Time for the head nurses to discuss house rules
and other concerns
8:00 pm- 9:00 pm Practice for tomorrow’s activity
9:00 pm Bed rest

Evaluation
 Goal will be met if we arrive early for courtesy call
 Goal will be met if the Community Folks and the Core Group members
participate on the lecture to be given
January 11, 2011
Objective:
 To render proper exercise with the Boklaoan Elementary Pupils
 To have the Home Visiting be safe and sound
 To clean the Comfort Room of the School and the Beautification of
Herbary

Activities:

Time Activity
4:30 am – 5:00 am Preparation for the breakfast
5: 30 am- 7:00 am Breakfast and preparation for the day’s activity
8:00 am-8:30 am Exercise time and introducing oneself to the students
and teachers of BES
8:30 am-3:00 pm Home Visit going to Sitio Pakac
4:00 pm- 5:30 pm Cleaning of the comfort Room of BES,
Beautification of the herbary
5:30 pm-6:30 pm Arrival
7:00 pm-8:00 pm Dinner time
8:00 pm-9:30 pm Head nurses activity, lecture about cancer
9:30 pm Bed rest

Evaluation:
 Goal will be met if the pupils will participate in the exercise
 Goal will be met if we successfully visited the houses in Sitio Pakac
 Goal will be met if we will be cleaning the comfort room and
reconstruction and beautification of the herbary

Objective:
 To render proper exercise with the Boklaoan Elementary Pupils
 To clean the surroundings to maintain cleanliness

5:30- am- 7:00 am Breakfast and preparation of students
8:00 am- 8:30 am Exercise with the pupils of BES
8:30 am- 9:30 am General Cleaning
9:30 am- 10:30 am Quiz
10:30 am Departure Time going home

Evaluation:
 Goal will be met if the Boklaoan Pupils Participate in Exercise
 Goal will be met if we help each other
