The demineralized water is fed into the condenser "SC1" (and via the flow meter "C1"
measured) and partially heated there by heat exchange with the warm air from the machine.
Then the mains water from the condenser "SC1" enters the heat exchanger with soldered plates "SC2"
(The warm water from the sink partially heats the heat exchanger due to the heat radiation
transfers the heat thus generated to the other part of the circuit through which the demineralized water circulates).
The heated, demineralized water coming from the "SC2" heat exchanger sometimes becomes a direct nozzle
to treat the workpieces with demineralized water and partially to fill the water into the
Headed pool; in this way the level in the basins always remains the same.
The rest of the water from the "SC2" heat exchanger (rinsing circuit) is used by the washing system in accordance with the
Requirements of the manufacturer (management of water drainage via flow monitor "C2") derived.
41
Page 44
9.8.1 Setting the pressure of the recycling valve for the flushing circuit
For a constant water pressure in the wash zone, it is necessary that the pressure of the wash nozzles (A) and
the recycling pressure (B) of the irrigation pump is approximately the same; otherwise the ball valve of the pump return
(B) must be set so that the same pressure as in the spray zone of the flushing nozzles is reached.
Note: If the three-way valve directs the water into the flushing nozzles, no water will enter the
Rinsing pump return directed (in the phase of the treatment of the workpieces).
The three-way valve directs the water into the flushing pump return (phase of opening / closing the door and
Chain movement), no water is led into the rinsing nozzles.

Before intervening on the machine or in adjacent areas, the supply must be from
Disconnect the power supply and wait for the masses to stop moving. You also have to wait until
the surface temperature has dropped below 30 ° C to avoid the risk of burns.
The following must be checked regularly: presence of any dust, oil,
Accumulation of dirt, the presence of foreign bodies, the elasticity of the connections,
Occurrence of vibrations and noises.
In the event of component disassembly not approved by the manufacturer, the warranty is void
and no obligations at the expense of the manufacturer itself are recognized.
When replacing spare parts, the customer only uses original spare parts

Scrapping, disposal and disposal of the various materials that are part of the machine
to be carried out by the user in accordance with EU directives or in accordance with the regulations applicable in his country.
If the machine or machine parts are scrapped, precautionary measures must be taken to avoid risks that
associated with the dismantling of industrial machine equipment.
Remove even the smallest oil or grease residues from the machine.
Observe the applicable regulations for the disposal of pollutants.
NOTE: If the pollutants are not disposed of legally, they exist
Danger of pollution and poisoning for the persons responsible for disposal.
3. Check the integrity of the structural parts of the machine and demolition parts
treat accordingly.
CAUTION
Furthermore, there are some basic rules to protect health when scrapping and disposing of the machine
and the environment:
Remove even the smallest oil or grease residues from the machine; do not throw away any lubricants:
these should be recovered or from a specialist in the disposal of these products
Company.
Should the materials or lubricants and condensate used in the production process not comply with
of the relevant laws and regulations, the following residual risks may persist:
1. Pollution.

disassemble and dispose.
Pneumatic and electrical components such as valves, solenoid valves, pressure regulators, switches, transformers, etc.
should, if still in good condition, be dismantled for reuse or, if possible, overhauled and
be recycled.
The housing and all metal parts of the machine should be dismantled and, depending on the type of material, collected.
These different parts can then be scrapped and melted down and with it the machine material
be recycled.
The disposal of toxic or harmful products has been carried out in compliance with the
national and regional regulations, ie the waste is on
