Lack of Facilities In School. Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your attention to the lack of facilities in school. This has caused problems for the
students in more ways than one.
2. The main problem is our school has ……………………………..(1) We will be sitting for a major
…………………………………………………(2), the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia at the end of this year. Hence, we
need many reference books for all subjects such as Sejarah, Mathematics and Science. The lack of
reference books is a real problem.
3. In addition, the computer lab has ……………………………………..(3). Due to this problem, we are
not able to look for ………………………..(4) related to the subjects learned in the classroom. It is difficult
for us to conduct research on the topics given. It is a common thing for school to have internet
connection nowadays.
4. Other than that, we also do not have …………………..(5) anywhere within the school
compound. Recently, the weather has been really …………(6). The provision of water coolers will be
useful especially during ………………………(7) activities in the afternoons. Students need to drink
regularly to ensure that they not dehydrated. Furthermore, we only have one field for all the sports
activities. Problem arise when various clubs want to use the field. As a result, some teams do not get
………………………(8) before competitions.
5. Lastly, I would like to make a few ………………………(9) to improve the situation. First, more
reference book should be added to the library collection. With regards to the computer lab, I hope an
internet connection can be fixed as soon as possible because the internet is a must in today’s world. I
would also like to suggest that five water coolers be placed in ……………………(10) such as canteen.
Regarding to the lack of field space, I hope the school can turn the area next to Block B into a second
field.
I hope you will look into the matter and take prompt action.
