JUSTIFICATION

This is to justify the load of fuel in Nissan Urban with plate number FOG - 927 in Petron
Bahay Toro 1, Quezon City amounting One Thousand Pesos Only (1,000.00). The
vehicle runs out of fuel last June 29, 2020 to pick up the CMD Staff and during that time
Petron Gasoline Station that supplies fuel to BMB is out of service.
