BILANCIA is one of the most important companies in Europe operating
in the field of professional equipment and accessories distribution for
the hospitality industry, working alongside with partners from 26
countries across Europe, America and Asia.  

Responsabilities: Helping companies in the industry to reduce the risk,


cost, and complexity of their business-critical hospitality equipment. To
this purpose, I: 
- engage with public sector and commercial companies of all sizes,
engaged in the public alimentation industry, from medium business to
major accounts, like chain hotels.
- communicate with stakeholders and decision makers in order to
understand their pains and requirements, impact them and further
deliver propositions that create added value.
- collaborate with the extended team from my business unit (sales
consultant, business development, client success, marketing, channel
management) and partners to the purpose of mapping and penetrating
new accounts or up selling in the already existing ones.
- leverage internal tools and cross-line of business communication to
gain insights on potential customers.
- stay constantly informed about similar solutions and products offered
by the competition and used this knowledge to steer the interest
towards BILANCIA´s products and services.
- manage and oversee the sales lifecycle from qualification to closing and
delivery through technical support, when turning prospects and
qualified leads into accurately forecasted pipeline opportunities and
revenue.

Achievments: I am a constant overachiever on monthly and quarterly


set quota. FY25 – Q1: 168%, Q2: 140%, Q3: 183, Q4: 128%
I contributed to implement a new procedure that saved my team a 20%
time efficiency rate, which helped them invest in more important tasks.
RAMP REPRESENTATIVE – ROMANIAN AIRPORT SERVICES (RAS) –
BUCHAREST, ROMANIA - March, 2014 – Jan. 2017
Responsible of conducting aircraft operations in a high pressure environment,
directly on the runway. Licensed to do turnarounds for Lufthansa, Austrian, FlyDubai,
KLM, AirFrance, LOT, Pegasus, TNT etc. Also licensed to do push-backs and
supervise defrosting operations.
Working closely with the Turnaround Coordinators to ensure the success of every
mission.

Accomplishments: Passed all tests with 90%+ scores, proving high level of
reactivity, versatility, rigor, team-working, safety and protection instincts, self-
control and anticipation capacity, phisycal resistance conditions.
