Role  The focus group primarily consisted of people who had


not tried any other techniques earlier (67%) – it is
always easier to learn something without having to
unlearn the previous experiences
 A good mix of participants across roles
 A sizeable percentage of participants (34%) had tried
meditative / non-meditative techniques earlier. This
gives a comparative flavor to the Sahaja Yoga
experience
