1 Warnings

1.1 The adjustment, maintenance and inspection of this product must be carried
out by suitably trained personnel. Before operating this product, read the
information contained in this document carefully.
1.2 Before connecting the product to the power supply check that the product’s
requirement corresponds with the power supply available. Before starting any
work on electric/electronic components disconnect power from system.
1.3 Confusion between input terminal (L, N) and output terminal (U, V, W) would
damage this product.
1.4 A reliable ground connection is required to avoid electric shock. Failure to do
so could lead to injure.
1.5 Do not touch the control terminal with hand during power on. It may cause
electric shock.
1.6 Charging indicator light should be completely turned off and positive or
negative main line voltage should be under 36V when operating this product.
Failure to do so may cause electric shock.
1.7 Prevent screw, metal swarf, gasket and other foreign substance enter this
product. It may cause fire and damage property or fire.
1.8 Wrap and protect the end bare part of cable used in major circuit with
insulation tape. Failure to do so may cause damage property.
1.9 4SW control mode or encoder mode to connect cable can be selected. When
4SW control mode is selected, P43 parameter should be set. That is the
logical value of input four switches signal.

3 Button name and basic operation

3.1 Button name


Button name Functional descriptions
MODE Mode parameter P, d and n. Exchange displayed data
SET Data monitoring mode or data write in confirmation. It also can
return to factory data when power on.
▲ Data or functional code increasing.
▼ Data or functional code decreasing.
RUN Run operation for all control modes.
STOP Stop operation for all control modes.

Warning: When connecting the cable of open/close arrival signal output, to be sure that
logic status of door operator output and elevator controller input should be matched.
Factory setting of door operator is normal close output. Users select the corresponding
logic status according to actual situation of elevator controller. (Terminal A1)—open
arrival signal normal open output, (Terminal A2)—close arrival signal normal open output,
(Terminal C1-C2)—output common line.

5.Descriptions of the open/close curve in 4SW control mode


5.1 Open door process
5.1.1 Start open door with low speed by torque boost level parameter P05,
After acceleration/deceleration time d28, frequency d15 start up, then
acceleration/deceleration time d29, enter the parameter value d16
5.1.2 After delay time d47, start open door with high speed run after
acceleration/deceleration time d30, enter the value d17. Frequency in high speed
general set as one step. I.e. set parameter d17=d19
5.1.3 When door run to open change speed position, after delay time d48, start low speed
open running with acceleration/deceleration time d33 and enter the parameter
value d20.
5.1.4 When door run to open arrival position, door hold state with hold frequency d21 and
hold current d40.

Caution:
(1) Open arrival hold frequency is d21, hold current is d40. Hold time is d42, range from 0.1 to 999
(sec). Hold state will be keep if set time to 0.
(2) Frequency in high speed general set as one step. I.e. set parameter d17=d19. The parameter
acceleration/deceleration d32 which between d17 and d19 will doesn’t work.
(3) Increase P05 value properly can improve door motor torque during the low speed. Caution: It
will cause over current 、over load fault or over heating protection if the parameter P05 value set
too high.

5.2 Close door process


5.2.1 Start close door with low speed by torque boost level parameter P05, after
acceleration/deceleration time d34, frequency d22 start up, then acceleration/deceleration
time d35, enter parameter value d23.
5.2.2 After delay time d49, start close door with high speed run after
acceleration/deceleration time d36, enter the value d24. Frequency in high speed
general set as one length. I.e. set parameter d24=d26.
5.2.3 When door run to close change speed position, after delay time d50, start low speed
close running with acceleration/deceleration time d39 and enter parameter value d27.
5.2.4 When door run to close arrival position, door hold state with hold frequency d14 and
hold current d41.

6.Description of open/close curve in encoder mode


6.1 Open door process
6.1.1 Start open door with low speed by torque boost level parameter P05, after
acceleration/deceleration time d28, frequency d15 start up, then enter the
acceleration/deceleration time d29 from position d03, enter the parameter value d16.
6.1.2 From position d04, start open door running with acceleration/deceleration time d30,
enter the value d17. From position d05, start open door with high speed running after time
d31 and enter the parameter value d18. Frequency in high speed general set as one step.
I.e. set parameter d17=d18
6.1.3 When door run to position d06, after d32, start running enter the parameter value
d19. Then start open door low speed running with acceleration/deceleration time d33 and
enter the parameter value d20.
6.1.4 When door run to open arrival position d08, after P02 (time) start running with
standby frequency d43. After d45-P02 (time), door enter the open arrival hold state with
hold frequency d21 and hold current d40.

6.2 Close door process


6.2.1 Start close door with low speed by torque boost level parameter P05, after
acceleration/deceleration time d34, frequency d22. From position d09, start low speed
close running with acceleration/deceleration time d35 and enter the parameter value d23.
6.2.2 From position d10, start close door running with acceleration/deceleration time d36,
enter the parameter value d24. From position d11, start close door with high speed
running after time d37 and enter the parameter value d25. Frequency in high speed
general set as one step. I.e. set parameter d24=d25=d26.
6.2.3 When door run to position d12, start running with acceleration/deceleration d38 and
enter the parameter value d26. From position d13 start close door with low speed running
and enter the parameter value d27 after d39 (time).
6.2.4 When door run to close arrival position d02, after P02 (time) start running with
standby frequency d44. After d46-P02 (time), Door close arrival hold state with hold
frequency d14 and hold current d41.

7 Basic adjustment 1
Functional parameters have been pre-set before door inverter leave factory. User can
adjust open/close door curve parameters according to actual need.
Steps:
(1) Set control mode as panel button mode: P08=1,P09=1or 4.
(2) Adjust open/close door curve parameter refer to open/close curve and relative
parameter.
(3) Press ▲ or ▼ to check open/close door curve.
(4) Set control mode as terminal control mode: P08=2(Factory setting)

8 Basic adjustment 2
Please confirm following steps when change motor connect cables, change speed
or open/close end switches logic value (NO/NC)
8.1 confirm parameter n16, n17 (input /output signal monitor)
Parameter n16 is input signal monitor, include ① ~⑨ 。
Parameter n17 is output signal monitor; include open arrival output, close arrival
output and fault output.

Caution: Monitor signal ⑤ 、⑧ 、⑨ has not been defined before leave factory, can not
monitor here

Switch to n parameter mode by pressing “MODE” key. Then press ▲ or ▼ key to get
corresponding monitor parameter. Input/output signal status can be seen if you
press “SET”.
8.2 Confirmation of input terminal logic (NO/NC) setting. Push door to open arrival position
to measure switches status before setting input switches logic value.
Switches input signal logic setting parameter―――P43
8.2.1 Setting value: 1―――This signal will effective when input signal terminal and input
common line connection is normal close (NC).
0―――This signal will effective when input signal terminal and input
common line connection is normal open (NO).
8.2.2 Setting method: 0――15bit decimal input
Setting value*weight=Amount (use it as setting value)
For example: If set open speed change input signal, close speed change input signal,
open arrive input signal and close arrive input signal to NC, others are NO, setting value
will be 1×16+1×8+0×4+1×2+1×1=27

Then set parameter P43 (input signal logic setting) =27

8.3 Confirmation for motor’s positive rotation and reverse rotation


Condition: Set P08=1 panel control mode, set P09=1 or 4
Step: Press ▲ button to confirm open operation.
Press ▼ button to confirm close operation
Remark: Increase P05 value (torque boost level) if motor has no reaction.
If motor rotation direction is not correct, change motor output connection cables or change
P06 parameter value 0 to 1 or 1 to 0.

If forget too many changed parameters, user can renew the parameters to factory setting.
Detail step as following:
1. Initialize parameter: settingP42=1。
2. Adjustment open/close door curve (follow basic adjustment 1step).

11. Supplementary Explanation of Door width Measurement:


 When the door width is being measured, the operation direction of the door may
change automatically. Start the operation after ensuring personal safety.
Failure to do so could lead to injury.
 The door width measurement is the function that measure the door width
according to the encoder signal and save the measurement value to parameter
d01 automatically. Measure the door width according to the following operation
conditions.
【Operation conditions】
1. Push the door to middle positon.
2. Supply power to door inverter,set the parameter value P09=3,P08=1.
(Select the door width self-learning mode as manual panel mode)
3. Press the button “ MODE ” three times. Return to display “CAL” station.
4. Still press the button “▲”, the door will moving to close direction.(Please shut off the
power and exchange any two phase of the motor three phases “ U,V,W ” if you find the
door moving to open direction.Then power on and repeat above steps).The coupler
will close at the close arrival end position.And the “End” will display on the board about
0.5 seconds.Release the button “▲” , The door width self-learning is over and door
width parameter value will be saved in parameter d01 automatically.The setting data
value of parameter P09 changes to”1” automatically.
5. Test close operation curve by press the button “▼”,The encoder connect cables is
correct if you find close curve is normal .Please exchange the encoder connect cables
A phase and B phase if you find close curve by constant low speed operation which
means encoder phase A and phase B connect is reverse. Repeat above steps.
Adjustment the close curve parameter value until to suitable.
6. Test open operation curve by press the button “▲”,Adjustment the open curve
parameter value until to suitable.
7. After set the parameter value and set open/close operation curve is normal.Please set
the parameter value P08=2 which means the inverter control by external terminals.
8. The door width parameter value forever saved in the d01,No need self-learning again
after every times power on.(It is necessary to self-leaning again if the door open width
is change.)
9. Used to set operation frequency of the door width self-learning with parameter
d52.(The self-learning frequency of the door width must be used with low
speed.Recommend use 10Hz frequency).

Note1.) When the door width is being mesured,start the operation after ensuring that there
is no obstacle on the way.If there is obstacle on the way, the position where the
obstacle is located is determined to be the arrival position. So the measurement
cannot be made correctly.
Note2.) Set the encoder constant of P52 correctly.
