18 Tree cutting in non forest area
Deogarh district: Tree cutting of non foresting area estimate have been obtained by the Ministry vide letter
No.RW/NH-12013/26/6/2010 sp(D)/EAP dt.15.03.2016. Due payment has been deposited to the Forest

Department, Odisha. Tree cutting of 2180 Nos. has been completed so far out of 2422 trees.
Sambalpur district: Tree cutting work of non forestry area of Sambalpur District has been completed.

For Deogarh District:

Deogarh: 14.66 Lakhs deposited in CALA account and till date 10.53 Lakhs disbursed and remaing in
progress
Reamal: 78.84 Lakhs deposited in CALA account and till date 75.51 Lakhs disbursed and remaing in

21 Shifting of utility
(i) Electric Pole shifting : Work in Sambalpur District has been completed. Balance work in Deogarh District
recently handed over to EPC Contractor for execution. Route Map of relocation of Electric Poles of Deogarh

(ii) 1.5 Km. of Sec-1 & 6.5 Km. of Sec-II of live water pipe line is yet to be relocated.

29 Activities performed by AE

confirmity to consultancy Aggrement. The Assistance & supporting guidance in technical & contractual

matters are being provided always to the Authority in all respect. The site supervision & Monitoring of Project
Progress keeping in mind for the achievement of the Monthly target as well as 2 nd Milestone is also being
expedited by Authority's Engineer.
