Course Fee (AIBA) 2 Star EUR 120.00 / participant

Course Fee (AIBA) 1 Star EUR 80.00 / participant

Course Fees must be paid to the European Boxing Confederation by March 5, 2018
and EUBC will forward all payments to AIBA by March 12, 2018.

Each participant must cover his own flights, visa and accommodation expenses.

3. ELIGIBILITY

For 2-Star Course

Coaches who have received an AIBA 1-Star Coach Certificate upon successfully
completing an AIBA 1-Star Coach Certification Course and the corresponding
examinations are eligible to apply for the AIBA 2-Star Coach Certification Course.

For 1-Star Course

The coach must be nominated by his/her National Federation to participate in the

Course, by being included in his/her National Federation’s Participant List.

All participants must be registered in the AIBA database, together with copies of their
passports.

4. REGISTRATION

A coach must be nominated by his/her National Federation for the course. The
National Federation has to include the coach in the Participant List and send it to the
Confederation by February 20, 2018.

5. VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Visa Free for member states of the European Union.

6. ACCOMMODATION

6.1 Hotel Information

The Hotel will be decided based on the number of participants and will be
communicated after the registration deadline.

6.2 Room Rate

Single Occupancy EUR 60,00 / night / person
Double Occupancy EUR 50,00 / night / person

The above room rate will be available during the entire course and includes full board
(3 meals/day).

6.3 Payment Conditions

 The participants must pay their full room charges, as per the rates stated
above, for the entire course period (from the date of arrival to the date of
departure).
 The payment for accommodation will be accepted on-site and in cash only.
For other payment options, please contact the host national federation.
 The participants will not be able to receive hotel room keys if the payment is
not made in full.

6.4 Meals

The accommodation rate includes three meals per day. The meal hours will be
adjusted to the course schedule and will be announced upon arrival.

7. TRANSPORTATION

An airport transfer will be provided to and from the Rome Fiumicino Airport. The
National Federation must send the flight details of the participants to EUBC

8. INSURANCE
All participants are requested to get their own travel and medical insurance.
