MINUTES OF THE MEETING ON PREPARATION OF ESIP

Educators will always find ways to communicate each other and discuss
about important matters with regards to the improvement and progress of our
education system. Amidst the current situation that we are facing right now, it is not a
hindrance for the School Planning Team to discuss and talk about the adjustments
and revisions of the Enhanced School Improvement Plan via google meet.
The virtual meeting was attended by the school head, ICT coordinator, ESIP
coordinator and the Project Proponents. The following matters were discussed
during the virtual meeting:
A. Revision of ESIP
Mrs. Maricel Latina discussed about What are the revisions in each
projects, How it will be revised and Why it should be revised.

B. Adjustments of ESIP
She also reiterated that the projects should be adjusted according to
the Division Target BRB4 (Blue Rizal Barangayan para sa Bawat Bata
Bumabasa) which aims to decrease the number of non –readers in the
Division of Rizal.
C. Accomplishments of ESIP
Each Project owners presented and discussed their accomplishments.

D. Other Matters
Discussion of the new templates of School Report Card that should be
accomplished by the ICT Coordinator.

The meeting was ended with an agreement that the revisions and
adjustments of the different projects will be submitted on April 30.
