2.1 Purge the workbench with compressed air and prepare for assembly.
2.2 Confirm whether there are foreign objects inside the module housing, and make
sure that no foreign objects can be assembled.
2.3 Put the component shell in the block on the assembly machine and fix it. Before
putting it, be sure to clean the inner wall of the component shell and the burrs of the
thread and the adhesion of the aluminum gasket, see Figure 1. Then use compressed
air to blow off the dust in the shell.
2.4 Then put the washer smoothly, see Figure 2.
2.5 Raise the slide shaft on the assembly machine to the highest position, put the
spinneret flat on the top cover of the slide shaft, shake the slide shaft, put the
spinneret into the housing, so that the spinneret falls smoothly on the gasket, see
figure 3.
Figure 1
Figure 2 Figure 3
2.6 Place the six-layer edging filter flat on the spinneret, see Figure 4.
Figure 4
2.7 Put in the distribution board. Before putting it, be sure to clean the burrs on the
surface of the distribution board and the adhesion of the aluminum gasket, see Figure
5. Put the six-layer edging filter smoothly, as shown in Figure 6.
Figure 5 Figure 6
2.8Take the components assembled above from the component assembly machine
steadily and place them on the press. After stamping with 145Kgf, put them back on
the assembly machine and continue the assembly.
2.9 Weigh the sand into the shell, level the sand surface with a sand pressing board,
and then put the sand pressing net on the sand, see Figure 7 and Figure 8.
Figure 7 Figure 8
2.10 Then install the filter sand pressure plate, upper cover, "O" seal ring, and tight
ring (be sure to clean the burrs on the surface of the tight ring and the adhesion of the
aluminum gasket before placing it), and assemble the positioner with components
After fixing the position of the upper cover, tighten the tightening ring, as shown in
Figures 9, 10, 11, and 12.
Figure 9 Figure 10
Figure 11 Figure 12
2.11 Then put the tightened component body on the component assembly press and
press it, then use 50kgf stamping, tighten the force bar, and then put the aluminum
nozzle on the upper cover, see figure 13, screw the two bolt holes on the connection
body Only bolts, see Figure 14.
Figure 13 Figure 14
2.12 Then install the connecting body to the main body of the module, use bolts
coated with anti-burning grease, and tighten with a torque of 85Kgf, see Figures 15
and 16.
2.13 Install the aluminum nozzle at the entrance of the melt, as shown in Figure 17,
the assembly is complete. Use the component lifting tool to put the component into
the preheating furnace for preheating and prepare for start-up and commissioning.

3. Disassembly of components
3.1 Place the components removed from the spinning box in the positioner on the
resolver, see Figure 18. Remove the fastening bolts of the components in sequence,
and remove the connecting body of the components, see Figure 19.
Figure 18
Figure 19
3.2 Use the special wrench for component removal to remove the tightening ring, see
Figure 20.
3.3 Push and remove the slider to press the component housing, turn on the screw
jack control switch, and slowly raise the slide shaft to the maximum stroke. The slide
shaft pushes out some parts in the spinning assembly. During the rise of the slide
shaft, use a copper scraper to remove the sand cake dig up. After removing some of
the accessories in the assembly, close the screw jack to slowly lower the sliding shaft.
After the sliding shaft is reset, see Figure 21.

3.4 As shown in Figure 22, place the components inside the assembly on a "V"
shaped block and disassemble with a brass or aluminum scraper.
3.5 Use the component tool to transport the housing to the designated location and
clean the workbench.
