2. Academic Version only downloadable from Split Engineering website. No CD-ROM or dongle key will be mailed.
3. Split Engineering will provide an activation code for each software subscription.
4. Each subscription is for one (1) activation on a single computer. No re-activations without purchasing a new
subscription.
5. The one year subscription begins the date the software is activated by the end user.
6. The subscription of four licenses to expire one year from earliest activation date.
7. Software price does not include shipping, royalties, taxes, duties, import tariffs or related charges, if applicable.
