longer and outperforming other brands of floor pads to help

possible—reducing overall product packaging.

3M Floor Pad manufacturing facilities operate under a philosophy of
operational excellence and continuous improvement. Since 2004, our
floor pad manufacturing has made continuous strides to further reduce
our environmental impact. Some of these improvements include:
• More efficient manufacturing equipment resulting in 30% reduction in
air emissions
• Improved ability to use manufacturing by-products and recycle them
into our process rather than dispose of in landfill
• Product technology breakthroughs that have reduced volatile organic
