NOTICE

For every student of MBA/BBA/BCA all Batches. Norms and guidelines for internal Test being organised
by institute are as under:-

1. Every student has to attempt Internal Test of all subjects.

2. Scheme of Internal test is provided in attached sheet.
3. On the scheduled date students will get Test Paper on their official Whatsapp group.
4. On every scheduled day Test Paper will be posted just before 10:00 am sharp. Time duration of
test will be 2 hrs.
5. Students will write answers in their register pages or A4 sheets, with their Name, Roll No.,
Section, Semester, Course, Subject & Subject Code. (On the front page).
6. Test will be over at sharp 12:00 pm. Every student will take picture of every page, create pdf file
with CAMSCANNER APP (To be downloaded from play store),rename your PDF file and send it
to concerned Faculty member Mail-ID.(Mentioned on the Question Paper)
7. Format of Naming PDF File – Subject_Code_Student_Name_Roll_No.
For eg. BBA_201_Ankur_Mishra_0204021
8. Exam Controller will post the Test Paper and PDF Files of concerned subject will be send back to
concerned faculty member (Subject Teacher) mail-id. Neither to group nor to anyone else.
9. Students must prepare a PDF file and preserve these PDF Files/Answer Scripts of all test papers.
File will be submitted when college reopens.
10. Test paper will cover entire syllabus of subject and will be framed on university exam patterns.
11. Students will be allowed to send their answers by 12:30 p.m. afterwards their attendance will
not be counted nor will the answer sheet be checked.
12. Students are advised to be honest and do not use unfair means while writing answers of test
papers. They may request their parents to invigilate while you are writing test.
13. To clear all confusion, students have to write exam from their home. College is not open but it is
important to manage internal exams for award of internal assessment (internal marks) of
students. Your performance in these tests will determine your internal assessment.
14. Writing Internal Exams is mandatory for all students to get the hall ticket of End Semester
University Exams. In no case Hall Ticket (Admit cards) will be issued to those students who will
not write these Internal Exams.
15. In no case any student should take it casually. Read Point No. 13 & 14 again.
