The SAACKE SKV rotary cup duoblock burner is designed Technical data: SKVG
for all kinds of marine boilers applicable on any type of ship, Burner capacity 1.7-17 MW
and is suitable for
Fuels Heavy fuel oil (HFO) up to 700 cSt at
50 °C, marine diesel oil (MDO), marine
horizontal flame-tube boilers
gas oil (MGO), natural gas (other gases
vertical ship boilers on request)

Control range (max.) 1:8 (depending on size)

Since the SKV burner is available as single or dual fuel burner
for liquid and gaseous fuels, it can be used as well for FPSO and
offshore platform applications. In case gas firing is applied, the
burner type will be SKVG.
